The kitchen includes electric cooker, microwave and fridge. DVD and CD players with a large range of DVDs and CDs to borrow, plus English TV. Songbirds is also equipped with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board and use of a washing machine.

Open tread stairs lead to a large, high ceiling double bedroom on the mezzanine level.

Songbirds has its own covered parking area with small, private garden along side. The garden has a barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers.
